Tom joins OTG Consulting with a wealth of experience to this CTO position from a broad variety of roles in Sales, Technical Engineering and Business Development in a career spanning over 30 years. He is a highly effective, customer focused executive with extensive experience in UCaaS, Cloud and WAN Network disciplines. Tom has demonstrated highly effective leadership having held Executive positions at several leading Telecom and Technical companies including AT&T, Qwest, MCI, Savvis, MegaPath, Siemens and also Digital Equipment Corporation.
Most recently, Tom was President and CEO of Hayden Consulting providing technical consulting in IP Convergence, UCaaS and Business process improvement. Tom was a founding partner, Sr Vice President, of Linesider Communications where he launched a National VoIP Product offering. In his five years at Qwest Communications, he ran their 500 employee National Sales Engineering organization as Vice President of Sales Engineering. He also brings a strong end user customer perspective having been Director of Networking at FTD.
Tom has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA in Finance/General Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Tom resides in both Naples, FL and Nashville, TN with his wife.
