Dean Gartelos leads OTG’s Government Operations with more than 20 years of experience pricing, negotiating, and leading teams through complex procurements and programs particularly with Federal, State, and Municipal Governments. As a member of the OTG Consulting Executive Team, Dean is our point person for Government related opportunities and situations where detailed price strategy or structure are required. His direct approach and attention to detail ensures that our clients receive exceptional consulting support and expertise to efficiently acquire the services needed to serve their customers and enhance their operational capabilities.
