Jeffrey Pearl
Jeffrey Pearl has a stellar track record of 30 plus years in the telecommunications industry, but it is his relationships with the Industry leaders and top performing sales execs that he considers his real success and ongoing asset. He has alliances with all the top players and the value he can bring to the table for his business clients and Service Providers with those alliances are unsurpassed. Through unparalleled leadership and finesse, Jeffrey has a proven history of increasing momentum and accelerating large sales organizations.
Jeffrey is CEO and Founder of OTG Consulting as well as CEO and Founder of PearlCom. OTG is a consortium of some of the Industries top Executives focused on advising and consulting to SMB and Large Enterprise Business Customers. PearlCom is a consulting firm focused on supporting service providers and MSP’s deploying VoIP platforms, Go-to-Market Strategies, Channel Development, Sales Management, Recruiting and Exceleration. In addition, Jeffrey is involved in multiple Boards advising Executives on Strategy, Technology and Charitable events.
Previous to that, Jeffrey was at Broadsoft, where he was responsible for North America Carrier Sales, Global Channel Acceleration and built an Enterprise and Strategic Sales Channel.
Prior to that, he co-founded IP5280 Communications, a cloud based IP communications provider focused on delivering converged IP voice, video and data services to business customers. IP5280 was awarded Technology services of the year by CTA , was on the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies and was awarded one of The Best Companies to Work for in Colorado several years in a row.
IP5280 was acquired by MegaPath. Jeffrey took the role of SVP of sales at MegaPath and lead a refocused effort on VoIP and other cloud based services. Before IP5280, Jeffrey Co-founded, LineSider Communications, which specialized in secure VoIP communications,The VoIP Services were sold to Centric Voice and the remainder of the company was purchased by Cisco. Preceding Linesider, Jeffrey was CEO and previous to that EVP of Sales and Marketing with ICG Communications, a publicly traded CLEC, and a pioneer in Hosted VoIP services. As CEO, he successfully executed the sale of the company. He also held senior roles at Qwest Communications with responsibility for Direct and indirect revenue streams. In this role he hired 700 sales execs inside of a year, growing the organization to close to 3,000 employees. He held Senior Sales Executive roles at Frontier Communications and Worldcom Communications.

Brian Belanger
Brian Belanger brings over 25 years of experience in the Technology Industry with a proven track record as a results driven leader. His expertise in training, coaching and mentoring sets him apart as an industry influencer. Brian’s ability to develop and empower people to achieve objectives in all aspects of business as well as personal goals makes him an asset to OTG’s core values.
Brian is Co-Founder and President of OTG Consulting. OTG is an industry leading Technology consulting group focusing on delivering technology solutions while driving down costs. OTG also specializes in mentoring and training OTG Partners to achieve exceptional results.
Prior to OTG Brian was West Director for Net2phone. A division of IDT Brian was responsible for developing the West Channel for Net2phone. Brian’s previous experience include Comcast Enterprise where he helped secure some of the largest enterprise accounts for the West Division. He also played in integral part at IP5280, a cloud based IP Communications provider focused on delivering IP Voice, video and data services. IP5280 was awarded Technology services of the year by CTA, was on the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies and awarded one of the Best Companies to Work for in Colorado for several years in a row.
Brian sits on the board and personally participates in CLIMBING FOR KIDS a charity where 100% of the proceeds goes to Children’s Hospital Colorado, supporting children with mental health challenges. He has been involved in this charity since inception in 2006 and has helped raise nearly one million dollars. Giving back is an integral part of his core.

PRESIDENT
John Bosen
John K. Bosen was born in Portsmouth, N.H. and received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1986. Attorney Bosen received his law degree from Suffolk University in 1989. He is a member of both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Attorney Bosen is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Throughout Attorney Bosen’s professional career, he has served in numerous non-profit and volunteer capacities such as the Board of Directors of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where he served as Chairman of the Board, the Board of Directors of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church where he served as Parish Council President, the Board of Trustees for the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in the capacity of Vice President.
Currently, Attorney Bosen is a Director of the Provident Bank and also sits on the City of Portsmouth’s Economic Development Commission. Attorney Bosen’s practice focuses on real estate, business law and civil ligation. He was received the readers choice award for the “Best Lawyer” in the seacoast in 2014. In his spare time, John enjoys Downhill and Nordic skiing, boating and golf.

Don Barlow
Don Barlow is a seasoned executive with proven results in driving revenue and profitability growth for service providers. Most recently as COO of Ntirety, he led the integration of two cloud managed services companies to achieve $12M in annual synergies within 15 months. In parallel, he architected the hybrid cloud managed services portfolio and go-to-market strategy that drove 43% revenue growth of the core recurring cloud managed services designed to optimize application availability, performance, security and cost – backed by the industry’s best guarantees.
Don is a transformational leader with proven management systems that guide strategic planning through tactical execution to achieve meaningful business results. He has led global organizations of 400+ employees consisting of product management, engineering, 7×24 hour customer support, technical operations, security and compliance. He is known and regarded for leading from the front when it comes to new logo acquisition and executive sponsorship in growing revenue from existing strategic accounts.
He believes his number one responsibility is to make those around him successful in achieving business goals. He’s a ‘player coach’ who takes great pride in attracting, retaining and growing the skills of those around him. Don also believes happy employees lead to happy customers; he brings proven results in improving both employee engagement (Gallup Q12) and customer satisfaction (NetPromoter Score).
Don has held executive positions in companies ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises to include Ntirety (formerly HOSTING), the Advanced Technology Group (acquired by Cognizant), Opsource (acquired by Dimension Data) and Qwest (acquired by CenturyLink). He has also held long term consulting positions to senior executive teams of hosting managed services providers.
A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Don spent five years as an Airborne Ranger Infantry officer attaining the rank of Captain and is a Bronze Star Medal recipient from the First Gulf War.
Don lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife, two kids and two dogs. They can be found most weekends adventuring in the Rocky Mountains where they enjoy skiing, hiking, cycling and camping. His creative passions are cooking and photography.

CIO
Thomas Muller
Tom joins OTG Consulting with a wealth of experience to this CTO position from a broad variety of roles in Sales, Technical Engineering and Business Development in a career spanning over 30 years. He is a highly effective, customer focused executive with extensive experience in UCaaS, Cloud and WAN Network disciplines. Tom has demonstrated highly effective leadership having held Executive positions at several leading Telecom and Technical companies including AT&T, Qwest, MCI, Savvis, MegaPath, Siemens and also Digital Equipment Corporation. Most recently, Tom was President and CEO of Hayden Consulting providing technical consulting in IP Convergence, UCaaS and Business process improvement. Tom was a founding partner, Sr Vice President, of Linesider Communications where he launched a National VoIP Product offering. In his five years at Qwest Communications, he ran their 500 employee National Sales Engineering organization as Vice President of Sales Engineering. He also brings a strong end user customer perspective having been Director of Networking at FTD. Tom has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA in Finance/General Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Tom resides in both Naples, FL and Nashville, TN with his wife.

Peter D. Marsh
Peter joins OTG Consulting with 39 years’ experience in the IXC, CLEC, and MSO space. He spent the last 15 years at Comcast Business. For the last 6 years at CB, he was the Division Vice President Northeast – SMB Field Sales and Market Development. In that role he had oversight on the SMB field operations and led efforts in expanding the Fiber footprint both in and out of Comcast franchise areas. Prior to his Divisional headquarters role, he was a very successful Regional Vice President for both the Greater Boston and the Beltway Regions from 2007 – 2015.
Before his time at Comcast, Peter was the SVP for National Sales with ICG Communication in Denver reporting directly to Jeffrey Pearl. At ICG, he led national sales efforts in 30 markets with CLEC and VOIP services. Prior to ICG, he was the President for South Region with XO Communications based in Nashville, TN. Peter held the position of SVP National Sales Operations for WinStar Communications where he built the first 35 markets nationally for the fixed Wireless CLEC. Before WindStar, he was the Regional Vice President, New England Region, for MFS Communications managing CLEC field operations in CT, MA, and NY State. He also spent time in the Midwest as the VP of Sales and Marketing for NorLight Communications based in Milwaukee, WI managing direct, indirect, and carrier channels. Prior to that, he managed the SMB markets in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee for Sprint Communication as a Regional Director. Peter began his telecom career at MCI in NYC as a National Account representative.
Peter served as Executive Director on the Business Industry Association of NH for the last 9 years. He was on the Board of Directors for the Cable & Telecommunications Association – New England Chapter, 2011-2015.

Dean Gartelos leads OTG’s Government Operations with more than 20 years of experience pricing, negotiating, and leading teams through complex procurements and programs particularly with Federal, State, and Municipal Governments. As a member of the OTG Consulting Executive Team, Dean is our point person for Government related opportunities and situations where detailed price strategy or structure are required. His direct approach and attention to detail ensures that our clients receive exceptional consulting support and expertise to efficiently acquire the services needed to serve their customers and enhance their operational capabilities. Joe Faherty is a Partner at OTG Consulting, a technology brokerage firm made up of a consortium of some of the most influential and connected telecommunications and technology thought leaders in the industry. At OTG, Joe is responsible for developing the Arizona market, including business development and the recruitment of new agents. He is also part of the Mentor program at OTG, helping to set up new agents to be successful in running their business. Since 2006, Joe helps both his SMB and Enterprise business customers tackle their highest priority initiatives across five distinct technology areas: Unified Communications, Network Infrastructure, Cellular Wireless, Cybersecurity and IoT (Internet of Things). He is also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Cloverleaf Communications, LLC, a consulting firm designed to help IT leaders make informed decisions about their most pressing IT needs. In technology and telecom since 2006, Joe has been a top producer at Eschelon Telecom, Telesphere/Vonage Business, MegaPath, Forrester Research, and Sprint Business. Michael Fair has over 30 years of Executive Management roles specializing in technology, cloud and telecommunications. Currently Michael also operates as Founding Partner of MarketRace, a globally recognized Channel and Alliance consulting company. Prior to re-starting MarketRace in 2016, Michael was Vice President of Channel Sales and National Accounts for Charter Business. Fair joined Charter Communications, one of the nation’s largest cable companies, after leading the partner program at One Communications, including managing through the sale and integration into Earthlink Business. Previously, Fair founded MarketRace in 2001. Prior to MarketRace, Michael was Vice President of Strategic Partners for the Qwest Communications Business Partner Program which he initiated. Michael holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MA in International Business from the University of Texas.

Susan Hartley
Susan Hartley is a communications technology executive with proven success in leading sales and sales support organizations and delivering results. Her transformational leadership has been instrumental in enabling businesses across the country to prosper with integrated, advanced IP-enabled network, cloud, hosting and IT services.
Most recently as Vice President-Commercial/Enterprise Inside Sales at CenturyLink, Susan led a team of more than 350 employees responsible for half a billion dollars in revenue for CenturyLink each year. Through her ability to coach, lead, inspire, manage and build outstanding teams, she significantly increased sales production and sales professional productivity while rolling out an expanding portfolio of advanced technology solutions for large businesses.
Over her three decade + career starting as a Directory Assistance Operator in 1978, Susan has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in sales, customer care and marketing. As Vice President-Sales and Care from 2011 to 2013, she continued to drive improvements in sales volume and sales productivity while successfully integrating and transforming sales organizations brought together through the merger of CenturyLink and Qwest.
Susan has earned numerous awards and performance recognition throughout her career, including CenturyLink’s Circle of Excellence, Leadership Excellence, and membership on the Mile High United Way Board of Directors. She has been a member of the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center Board of Directors since 1993.

William Santos
As President of HOSTING, Bill provides the direction and management of all sales and marketing operations to accelerate HOSTING growth initiatives, as well as leading the forward-looking Advanced Solutions unit. During his tenure at HOSTING, Bill also launched its Professional Services business unit. Prior to HOSTING, Bill launched the services division for SHI, a $6 billion software and hardware retailer. During his tenure, Bill established SHI’s overall service vision and strategy, including lifecycle services, software enablement, datacenter consulting, cloud computing services, and long-term contract services. Previously, Bill served as Director of Strategy and Innovation for IBM Global Services where he spearheaded business and technical development activities with Xcel Energy. Bill also started Atlantec Group, a technology services company that he subsequently sold to a private regional VAR. Bill holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from MIT.

Chris Doerr
Chris Doerr is an independent consultant specializing in Information Technology Strategy, Process Improvement and Executive Coaching. His consulting centers on the power of people, and possibility of achieving “and” instead of the limitations of “or”. Chris joined OTG because he saw the possibility of bringing greater outcomes to his customers.
Chris is an Information Technology thought leader. He co-developed an IT Capability Maturity framework that helps CIO’s transform their organizations from chaos to digital disruption. He’s consulted and facilitated roundtables on Industry 4.0 and has written several articles on IT leadership.
Chris has extensive executive experience, having served in Vice President and Region CIO roles at Karcher North America, an industrial cleaning equipment company, and at Gambro Renal Products, a medical device company. He gained deep international experience while at Kraft Foods. His roles at Kraft included global IT leadership for manufacturing, procurement and human resources. He also led Kraft’s IT for Asia Pacific, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Canada. Chris and his family spent two years living in Belgium when he was the IT leader for Kraft’s Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg business. He’s led teams of more than 200 people and has held $140 million budget responsibility.
Some of Chris’ more notable achievements include co-leading a North American implementation of SAP, co-leading a 36-country implementation of salesforce.com and significantly improving the performance of multiple IT organizations.
Chris is currently a Technology Advisory Committee member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Prior community involvement includes the Board of Trustees for the Colorado-Wyoming Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Board of Education for Mundelein, IL.
